2. Quit Smoking
Along with losing weight, this seems all too obvious. However, smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your health. If you have tried to quit before, and failed, do not be afraid. Many people have failed and failed again before eventually succeeding. Try a different path and have a good support system. Quitting will also be healthy for your wallet.
3. Get More Sleep
Sleeping for 8 hours a night is important for your health. Getting enough sleep will give you more energy, improve your mood, and help with your appearance boosting self confidence. In addition to this, if you are not getting enough sleep it can cause excessive weight gain and diabetes.
