Implant-supported Dentures

Implant supported dentures are removable, the denture comes in and out. So, the denture snaps down onto the implants, whereas All-On-4®, the denture does not come out. It stays in there all the time. The procedure to do implant supported dentures takes about the same amount of time as an All-On-4® to do the surgery, and then at that appointment usually we take another hour or so to fit the denture onto the implants at that time. So, all in all, three to four hours. We have many people that do implant supported dentures. It's less expensive than All-On-4®, and a lot of people opt for that because of the expense of it.
